Also in Word you can send the letter to many addresses at the same time for the marketing purpose. You can also create web pages in <\/span><b>MS Word<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MS Word is used as a word processor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-39\" src=\"http:\/\/cbitss.co.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MS-Word.jpeg\" alt=\"MS Word\" width=\"499\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cbitss.co.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MS-Word.jpeg 499w, https:\/\/www.cbitss.co.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MS-Word-300x169.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 499px) 100vw, 499px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-37\" src=\"http:\/\/cbitss.co.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/MS-Word.jpeg\" alt=\"MS Word\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>Window of\u00a0 MS Word 2010 looks like \u2013<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Office Element :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1) Title Bar:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This word is located at the top of the window. It displays the name of the documents you are currently working on. On the right side of the title bar, there are buttons for Minimize, Maximize \/ Restore and Close. And there&#8217;s a quick access toolbar in the left side.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2) Ribbon:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ribbons have come in the earlier version of the menus and toolbars. It has tabs to browse specific tasks related commands. Next to this tab are divided into groups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We can also hydrate this ribbon, right click anywhere on this ribbon, right click on the Minimize the Ribbon button, or click on the Ride Side Minimize the Ribbon<\/span><b> (Ctrl + F1) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">button. Hiding the ribbon gives you more space to work. Click the Expand the Ribbon <\/span><b>(Ctrl + F1)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button to unhide the ribbon again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ribbon Contains Three Main Parts \u2013<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>i) Tabs &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These tasks are oriented and are located at the top of the ribbon. For example, Home, Insert, Page Layout, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>ii) Groups-<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Each tab is further divided into all Tasks. For example, the Home tab is divided into Clipboard, Font, Paragraph, Styles, and Editing Group. Each group has a small arrow in the right side, which is called Dialog Box Launcher. Additional options are available upon clicking on it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>iii) Command Buttons &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These buttons are relative to each group. For example, Font Group includes the Bold, Italic, Underline, etc. commands buttons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Tabs That Appear Only When You Need Them<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the above tabs, there are other types of tabs here too. But they appear when you are doing tasks related to them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Contextual Tools<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> :- \u00a0When you are working on an object and when you select that object, you will see this tab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3) File Button:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This button is in the left corner above the word window. This button has a command button such as New, Open, Save, Save As, Print and Close.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4) Quick Access Toolbar:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the right side of the Office Buttons, there is Quick Access Toolbar, which contains buttons for the items that are always used. E.g., Save, and Undo or Redo buttons. To add more buttons to this toolbar, click on its small side of the ride side.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>5) Zoom Slider<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has a Zoom slider on the status bar in the right corner of the window. Click on the plus or minus button to view the document&#8217;s different zoom sequence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>6) Document View Buttons<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The left side of the Zoom Slider has the Document View buttons. When you click on this command, a dialog box appears below.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">File Name: Here you can name the file.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Save As : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here the file format is a list, in which the file is saved. By default, the Word Document format is selected here, in which the document is saved in Word format 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to save in the old version, then select the Word 97-2003 format.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to save this file in PDF format, then select PDF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to save this file in web page format, select web page.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tools : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This button is in the left side of Save. There is an additional option to save the document in it. Here you can set the password to protect your document.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>b) Save As:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to save the CREATE file by another name or in another format, then use the Save As command.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>c) Open (Ctrl + O):<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This command is already open to open the CREATE document file. When you click on this command, a dialog box opens, giving you the path to your file. Then click on the Open button.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>d) Close:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use this command to close open <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/cbitss.net\/microsoft-word\/\"><b>Microsoft \u00a0Word<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">closed open files.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>e) Info :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It contains the following information related to the current document &#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>i)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Product Activation:<\/span> contains information about the license of Office 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>ii)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Permission:<\/span> You can set a password here to protect your file from other users. But remember that if you forget this password you can not retrieve this password.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>f) Recent:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Here is a list of previously opened document files, clicking on which you can open those files immediately.<\/p>\n<p><b>g) New (Ctrl + N):\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This command is used to create a blank document. Along with this there are many templates too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>h) Print (Ctrl+P):\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This command is used to print the document.
